Brewed up a little over 4g of this ("Western" style) for a couple minutes. A really delicious cup. There are woody flavors, some light smokiness, and non-fruity sweetness notes, but all in balance. More minerality showed up in subsequent steeps and the more pleasant aspects of taste faded. I appreciate being able to sample this tea.
