2020 Black Hongcha from 大雪山 (DaXueShan)
This was processed as a dianhong... but here's the deal, this is phenomenal to me. The lasting taste on this is beyond most all other teas I've had. I'm going to contribute it being a purple tea and the quality of processing.
It's a JUICY malt. Hopefully that makes sense. Quite enjoyable stuff for the morning, the thickness and the taste make for a solid brew to start the day.
