2004 Gulf Tea Factory Arbor Tea Cake
This is something I bought from Guangdong that... has me quite stumped!
First of all, this has some ties to 邹炳良 who worked with the Menghai Tea Factory on standardizing cake recipes.
There's a lot about this cake I do not know about and I'm unravelling, but what I can say is that PUNGENT is the name I'm giving it as the aromatics come off in words that sound nasty but then in the cup somehow... work.
We are talking old closest mustiness.
Each sample is 25g and I very much so look forward to hearing about people's journey with this!
