I am planning on drinking this multiple times to explain it as best as I can. However, before I do that this was a very interesting buy. Customers were telling me they wanted 2005 8582 and I inquired about that only to find a collector to educate me on why the 601 in their view was a better purchase than the 2005 they had. Purchased a cake of each explaining that it's normal for me to do this to try them, found out pretty quickly in the evaluation that everything about the 601 had me hooked.
Bought out what I could from this contained Hong Kong storage. You can taste the original notes underneath what has developed over time as well without introduction of high humidity that would alter the direction the taste profile would go alongside the aromatics.
