Smells like savory hay and earth. The flavor at first is earthy, grainy, slightlyyyy tangy/sour in the front (mellows out a lil in later steeps), smooth, with a drying mouthfeel that leads into a sweet berry huigan. Idk why I'm reminded of eating dry kellogs cereal with dried strawberry pieces but i am. Very nice sheng for the price.

This is a wonderful way to start or continue your journey in young puer! I love the fresh florals of this cake. I drink it grandpa style while I work out.
