This is probably one of the most unique puerhs I've ever encountered. It's wild growing and partially purple prior to processing.
Two years later and it's settled down and reminds me very much of the Rose Yaobao with that sour lemonhead taste and kombucha aroma.
I've held off on listing this for quite some time because it truly is hard to explain, but I've come up with Purple Lemon Sheng to explain it as best as I can for now.
