Delicious - a flavor in the heavy roasting + bitter melon reminiscent of age. Bittermelon rind is actually not that bitter, but retains a distinct (non-astringent) drying quality. Would be great in a humid summer.

Love this tea! It’s one of my faves. It’s got some nice minerality. I am not a tea expert but I think oolong tea drinkers who like a slightly more robust (but still bright) tea would dig this. I also happen to love eating bitter melon so just the concept makes me happy! Plus, the price for this is very generous
