This is a delicious, lightly smokey-flavored tea. I like the added flavored of the bitter gourd, which does not make the tea bitter. And it adds healthful benefits. Thank you LiquidProust!

Delicious - a flavor in the heavy roasting + bitter melon reminiscent of age. Bittermelon rind is actually not that bitter, but retains a distinct (non-astringent) drying quality. Would be great in a humid summer.
