This cake here was pressed by the Chantai factory and stored 10+ years in Malaysia.
I am still learning about this cake and if it was processed for Taiwan or Malaysia, but from the start of the brew it is apparent it has been stored in humid condition with. The liquid is dark, the brew has some bitterness left, and its a complex tea. It reminds me more of Xiaguan's stuff. The compression on it is kindof iron style.
Few years in Ohio and resembles an aggressive scotch!
