A special 2018 production by Dayi with the first sprouted leaves that have a specific name that equates to 'golden leaf'. My initial tasting came back with a great soup like texture and a developing taste that had a longer mouth feel. Unique, won't discuss taste because I like to keep that up to you all :) I will add that from my first taste this is going to age VERY well.
This is one of two high end Dayi products that I purchased out of curiosity to see how the massive factory's higher costing stuff taste like; hopefully I'm not the only one who wanted to try them!
