2000 Lao Man E cake 100% dry stored which has allowed the astringency/bitterness that raw laomane can be known for to stay alive over 18 years.
Barley meeting the standards of what I look for in a raw puerh, this still has some maturing to go through as the dry storage hasn't pushed it far enough yet; of course this is my perspective, but I believe a little humidity over time can help make this more enjoyable. As this was found to exhibit the qualities of muted fresh laomane in a decent way, I believe it offers a fun educational session and for those who may not have had more 'top tier' puerh (per say) a fun session to taste how bitterness/astringency can be like after 18 years.
