Really nice texture, super clear overall with this very interesting overlap of cedar and wild berries in the background that comes through when you taste around your mouth after the liquid goes down. There's some additional complexity that's just hard to define but I think it's almost this nuttiness that pops with a little baking spice or cacoa notes that blended into the wild berries is just hard to really pinpoint.
