The flavor profile is like bug bitten oolong, gui fei, candied oxidized white, deep honey, etc. but it's all unlike what you would expect from a standard Japanese black. This stuff has my full backing which is why I brought in 40kg!!!
Cold brew it, pour boiling over ice, gongfu, western, and on and one. Brew one one different ways, share with friends, and just have fun. I suspect it will rest/age very well too!
