In recent times we have seen a lot of development for tea in India... this rolled oolong was the first attempt to roast oolong for the Assam Arunachal border that I'm aware of. I bought the entire batch available and was told the roasting was light compared to what they will be doing in 2026.
This somehow like honey. Made me ask many questions and put some in the vault to age. Absolutely caught off guard with how it tasted. Excited to see what a dark roast will be in coming times!
