Per Chen: This ripe tea brews out a fragrance of fruit pulp that runs up the nasal cavity in a way that wine does. There is a likeness to it of cola syrup with a satisfaction that is full and swelling.

Per Andrew: Fermentation has died down and gives this a liquor likeness to it. Chen was explaining it being like fruit pulp and I can see that, but there is just something about it that reminds me of a mixed drink but of course there's that ripe puerh backbone to the whole experience.
Quite unique to try Yunhao ripe puerh when the fermentation has died down.
