You'll notice all the yellow looking dots across this cake. This comes from the condition of the tong that was obvlirated on its shipment journey to me. I have been in the process of brushing the cakes from the tong off for months now, but it's a process that takes concentration and patiance which I've lacked lately... stuff is great, just has bamboo dust issues.
