Soft nuance steeps that demands attentions. This type of gushu can be pushed and you will not experience any bitterness, so it has smoothed out over the years exceptionally and ready to drink NOW! The material opens up its flavors slowly but if you’re patient you will be rewarded with a bouquet of soft light sweet plums, hints of incense and some umami that transitions to subtle savory smoke meat. Quite a session that is well worth the sample buy. It does lack in body but I will be packing my teapot with this stuff later yancha style! Cheers.
