Hit this 2009 Haiwan 901 hard... I have had 13+ sessions with this cake to try and figure it out. This was stored pretty heavily in Hong Kong, but what doesn't make sense is how it doesn't have that taste. Instead this somehow feels like milk and a feather in the mouth while tasting like warm cotton and red velvet... it makes no sense. All I can say, this is a must sample for anyone because if it hits your mouth the way it does mine, there is nothing else like it.
