Okay, so here's the deal... I am done with Dayi, but there's a collector I've bought from for a while and I never pay attention to shou. Knowing the storage, I grabbed these because after trying it there's this peculiar roast/smoke/camphor (cannot pin point it exactly) going on from the storage of everything else. I really think it's got this backend of smoke, but it's pretty complex so I haven't figured out how to say it.
