2015 Cookie Counselor, Shou Puerh 360g

2015 Cookie Counselor is the newest shou to add to the mix with my streamed thoughts as follows:

Cookie Monster's aroma was twice the intensity from the smell alone, the fermentation notes of their young attributers are fleeting.
Initial sip through right off the bat complexity in abundance as the blend does not favor full on Bulang notes.
Second steep is where it begins; like all of this producers shou, the darkness amplifies and amplifies from here. Slight marron near near black hue of the brown.
By the 3rd strep the leaf opens resulting in less yielf of liquid. This creates a more dense liquor that helps the creeping qi from varies regions.
Oddly enough, I can taste the 'malt' the producer talked about. This seems to come from the fermentation being dialed down and the muddled cocoa notes. Bitterness creeping in gives a dark chocolate-eqsue to the tea that stays in the mouth. This provides a lingering feeling and not just taste.
Later on the liquid somehow darkens while back to beck sips provide happiness and laughter in my inner thoughts.

An amazing tea, shou or not :p
