2023 Taiwanese red jade white tea cake

This is a type of tea that I cannot over hype because it's not something that's done often or found easily.
Extremely grateful to have had a whole run processed for me in 2023.

These cakes almost have this warm strawberry shortcake note in the background. Depending on how you brew it changes how intense this tea is and the direction the flavor goes.

It's one of the few teas I regret drinking through too quick to see how the years end up changing it. The hunt for more will continue!

Something like a fire roasted strawberry shortcake. While you might not taste what I taste, it is hard to deny how unique red jade white teas are from Taiwan. The juicy aspect and fruit jam notes are so enjoyable that it needs to be shared with as many as possible. The cake in person if time is taken, extremely beautiful to look at the full leaf laying in the cake formation.
