2022 Nanntuo (Deer Valley) oolong from Taiwan that's of the Ziya (purple) cultivar!
This has been something I have searched for for a long time.
The purple leaf gives it it's 'different' notes and the roasting from my experience is around the 10-30%
My suspection is that this tea is in the early stages of understanding how to process and finish OR its just not sublime as some other Dong Dings have been for me.
