High Roasted Taiwanese JinXuan oolong that ends up being a beautiful blend of floral and fruity notes. A bit complex in a great way.
Leaf is a bit smaller than some of the larger ones that comes from Taiwan and the processes is close to that of the '99% oxidized' if you have had any experience with such a tea.
