This stuff is so fantastic, lovely buttery creaminess and doughiness coupled with a mouthwatering salty minerality. Really does feel like having buttered salted shortbread. A high ratio will result in a more vegetal sweetness if that's what you're into--I think 6g/100ml is my perfect ratio for that buttery loveliness.
