This ShuiXian's roast date is 2002 which is the year I will use for it. I doubt it's prior than 2001 material. However, the storage on this was sealed off which allowed it to gracefully rest over the years.
This appears to be a typical roast with average quality leaf, but after all these years it brews a bit more delicately.
