2023 Amber is a Taiwanese Red Oolong.
This ends up tasting like baked goods but without fruit. So imagine those baking notes and a good rounded Taiwanese roasted oolong profile. Very enjoyable!

This tea was just as described, it is probably my favorite out of the order I had! It reminds me of panettone.

Really good. It does have that "baked goods" taste. Its also really easy to brew gongfu. It isn't fickle, and there is no astringency. Ill be ordering more
