Late 1980's blended raw/ripe puerh naturally stored in Hong Kong.
I've been drinking this blend since late 2017 and keep wishing somehow it would be 1989 but all the data comes back to late 1980s every time with no specific date.
Because this was natural storage, it had a liubao'ness to it of that from the 1970-1990 depending on storage. Sweet notes behind storage and a slight dryness depending on how you brew. Since this was naturally stored there should be no dank notes. The ripe in the blend is large leaf, nothing special. There's some twig in there from the blend, but overall the age of this and the brew in the cup makes it quite enjoyable with its own type of energy.

Really interesting, a little hard to get into at first (musty) as it's the oldest pu-erh that I've ever had, but it's grown on me.
