The 2005 Nong Xiang was as described, middle-aged and humid stored. That’s the taste profile I’ve most preferred lately and it met the mark. However, the much younger 2015 Xiaguan is a very pleasant tea as well. I’ve had plenty of older, and smokier, Xiaguans but this had a fresh, almost sweet, taste. I’m looking forward to exploring this recent production further.
