2005 Spring of Menghai from Dayi.
This was the first year of this cake pressing which makes it a bit more costly than the others. It also was stored in dry Hong Kong storage allowing it to retain much of what was there early on and keeping it with much character.

If your looking for a nice resinous tea this is it. The brew can be a little tough to get just right but it totally rewards you when it's just right.
