2020 Daxueshan (big snow mountain) loose shou- this is from the same batch as the laochatou that sold out.
Controlled shorter fermentation leading to that lighter color and 'golden hairs' that get everywhere.
This is like shou milk chocolate in a way. Since the Bingdao laochatou did well, being higher quality material using someone who spent two years to get it how it is now after processing, this should be an easy follow up!
