The original batch was released at 90 days. This is now at 165 days providing an addition 75 days for the laochatou to either settle or absorb more of what the barrel is imparting into the tea.
Each bag is 25g. If you are wanting a larger quantity put into a mylar bag please make a note upon order.

Much like my previous review of this item implies, I enjoyed this tea so much that I ran back out and bought a whole lot more. If or when LP offers a longer-stored version, I would be interested to see how it has changed.

As soon as I tried this, I immediately turned around and bought another big pile of it. I don't drink alcohol, and this is a great way to get all of the delicious woody and fermentation notes, without the bitter ethanol. Or the hangover. Pretty sure now that I've had this tea a few times, that I grew three feet taller, and can punch down trees with my bare hands. 10/10, just watch out for spotted owls first.
