Remember Cookie Monster? Well, rather than being qi driven like that shou this is flavor driven.
Pressed like an iron cake, this shou exhibits flavors similar to yogurt, grapefruit, dark chocolate, and possibly raspberry.
I'm not kidding around with this: one of the best shou ever brewed in my house.
The 2018 was an experimental batch of few cakes and I will be unable to get more of that cake, but this is the 2022!
This is very unique. Even if you dislike shou, you'll find this to be very fun.

Do you want shou that will blow your socks off? Get this. It is dark, but with a hint of sweetness you don't see in the bitter chocolate brick from the same producer. Great for keeping you warm on a cold day.

Said it with my Sweet motor oil review but this along with every other ripe puerh from Liquid Proust has gone right to the top of my list. Every one of them have been the best ripes I've ever tried. Thick, long lasting, dark chocolate, espresso, roasted. Amazing stuff. Yogurt is a bit tangier than the others but just as good in its own way.
