2019 shuixian rock oolong.
This one stood out to me in comparison to many over the last three years. The balance or texture, aroma, and taste, made me decide that this is the one I'd like be stocked up on.
Surprisingly, it is not as expensive as some of the others I had which may have been more delicate and high note driven, however this just capture me and I hope you enjoy it as well.
