2018 Lost
This cake is dedicated to Proust... the same and the clock behind it ;)
This cake was made using leaves from older trees in the LaoManE area.
While it was made with the intention to age and have a relationship with the drinker, there is some enjoyable aspects to the young liquid it produces.
This cake is wrapped twice to keep aroma in which has yet to really begin as it is intended for a long term progression of taste as it changes.
Pictures will be added early 2019 when I get my hands on a camera!
