Story time: In 2017 I spent a few hundred dollars to obtain samples from shops that do not sell samples... basically, I explained that there is no way I would be willing to purchase $1,000+ without sampling. Agreements either came through by paying a nice amount for samples or I moved forward with other sources because it was not possible to get samples. Out of all those samples there was only five in total that I felt had enough umph and uniqueness to bring into the shops. A learning curve like no other! Being as crucial as I am means that there's plenty that will never see the shop nor be tried by others, but I will continue to seek for more. However: This 8502 was one of those. This cake was stored in Hong Kong and I'm still looking for more like it.
